Dymista® is easy to use in 5 simple steps

Shake

Gently shake bottle and remove cap.

Prime

Aim spray away from face. Pump until a fine mist appears.

Clear

Clear nose by blowing gently.

Insert

Close one nostril, insert tip of nozzle in other nostril. Bend head towards toes. Tilt away from centre of nose.

Spray & breathe

Open mouth. Spray & sniff gently. Breathe out through mouth. Repeat in other nostril.
